I'm COdy Wiseman
My passion is to help others live the life of their dreams through creating financial and time freedom. I left a $300k+ a year software sales career after 2 years of investing in Multifamily Real Estate. I started Wiseman Capital to help everyday people create the same financial freedom through passive investing.
Outside of Real Estate Investing, I enjoy volunteering at the Alzheimer's Association, working out, on the lake barefooting, or traveling with Emily and our two dogs Cooper & Remi.
